Todd W. Carey is a registered professional engineer who has a vast experience in the Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical engineering design of residential and commercial projects. The work experience started in Florida in 1978 and has continued to date providing MEP design services to Architects and Building Owners.

The success of our work has been achieved through our ability to integrate mechanical and electrical requirements with architectural aesthetics. This combination is necessary to achieve the desired end product at the most reasonable construction cost. Our computer experience began in 1982 with the implementation of the first version of Autocad. Our belief in the optimal utilization of computer systems helps to insure reliable, prompt results for all engineering evaluations.

Presently, the size of our staff enables us to handle a broad range of projects, yet still maintain a one-on-one contact with our clients. Regardless of the project’s size or type, we are proud of the personal service that is provided. We have played an active role in various types of buildings including office buildings, industrial facilities, restaurants, hotel complexes, governmental projects, school board work and multi-family housing projects.
